We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing and brand strategy for Della Townships, driving demand generation, project sales, customer acquisition, and brand positioning across our luxury real estate portfolio.
Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that accelerate project sales, strengthen the Della Townships brand, and generate high-quality leads across digital, offline, experiential, and channel partner networks.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury real estate, premium lifestyle brands, hospitality, or high-value project marketing and possesses a strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, sales enablement, and brand building.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales, CRM, Design, Digital, PR, and Business Development teams while working directly with the Chairman & Managing Director to achieve aggressive business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans for township launches, inventory movement, and customer acquisition.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, events, PR, influencer collaborations, and luxury lifestyle platforms.
- Drive market expansion initiatives across key domestic and international buyer segments.
Project Sales & Lead Generation
- Develop scalable lead-generation strategies to support residential, villa, plotted development, and luxury property sales.
- Optimize digital marketing funnels, CRM automation, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Build strategic alliances with channel partners, luxury brokers, architects, wealth advisors, and corporate networks.
Brand Development & Positioning
- Strengthen Della Townships as India's leading luxury township and lifestyle destination.
- Ensure consistent branding, messaging, storytelling, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Oversee creative development for brochures, project launches, films, presentations, websites, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Manage brand partnerships, luxury events, exhibitions, and investor showcases.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze luxury real estate trends, customer behaviour, competitor strategies, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize market insights to refine positioning, campaign effectiveness, and product marketing strategies.
- Identify new customer segments and investment markets.
Customer Engagement
- Develop customer engagement programs for HNIs, UHNIs, investors, architects, and institutional clients.
This position requires regular travel between Mumbai and Lonavala to oversee project marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, site launches, customer engagement activities, partner meetings, and coordination with corporate and project teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
