Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Coordinator to manage backend operations and support both the Marketing and Execution teams. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, proper documentation, and timely follow-ups across departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Backend Operations & Administration
- Manage routine backend office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation systematically
- Ensure smooth internal communication across departments
- Track pending actions, approvals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and arrangements
2. Support to Marketing Team
- Provide backend support for marketing activities and client coordination
- Assist in preparing documents, proposals, and submissions
- Organize materials and data required for marketing meetings
- Coordinate follow-ups with customers and internal teams
- Maintain records of enquiries, communications, and submissions
3. Support to Execution Team
- Assist in project-related documentation and coordination
- Follow up on documentation, schedules, and approvals
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution
- Track project documents and communication flow between teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Commerce preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in office coordination or backend roles
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner
