Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our IT / software products and services. The role is ideal for freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update lead and sales data in CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or IT sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
- Basic knowledge of IT/software or SaaS products (preferred)
