Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. This role primarily involves handling customer calls and chat support, assisting customers with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth support experience.
This is a full-time remote (Work from Home) position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our team online.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and other online support channels.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, order updates, and delivery-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and online chats.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or chat support will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
