Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Support
· Drive design requirements for schools, including fresh and customized promotional materials.
· Conduct area mapping for new and existing schools to support marketing plans.
· Develop and share comprehensive online & offline marketing strategies; document MOMs and key points.
· Perform competitor & SWOT analysis (infrastructure, fees, USPs).
· Advise schools on collaboration opportunities with preschools, corporates, RWAs, malls, and local institutions.
2. Digital Marketing Support
· Provide strategic guidance on digital marketing focused on lead generation.
· Advise on social media strategy, including awareness campaigns, Google AdWords, blogs, lead generation, and page optimization.
· Guide schools on content quality, posting frequency, engagement, and platform best practices.
· Audit social media handles and provide feedback.
· Coordinate with schools’ digital marketing teams or agencies to ensure high-quality lead flow aligned with admissions goals.
3. Event Coordination
· Recommend event strategies to increase walk-ins and conversions.
· Share annual event calendars and guide event-based promotions.
· Coordinate event collaterals: backdrops, banners, videos, PPTs, etc.
· Finalize event flow for key occasions: Inauguration, Parent Orientation, Annual Day, etc.
4. Admission Support
· Interview and recommend front office and admission staff for new schools.
· Provide fee structure guidance and coordinate approvals.
· Train Admission Counselors and Front Office teams on counseling, parent handling, and conversion techniques.
· Support schools with stationery, documentation, and admission setup.
· Conduct planned and surprise school audits on infrastructure, counseling, reception, and tour experience.
· Deliver training on admission data maintenance and analytics.
· Conduct call audits to assess enquiry handling, accuracy, and follow-ups.
· Hold monthly structured calls with schools to provide guidance on marketing, admissions, and processes.
5. Training & Documentation
· Update manuals and develop training materials for Launching, Marketing, Events, Admissions, and Summer Camp modules.
· Conduct workshops for Admission Counselors to enhance skills and ensure process adherence.
2. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate in any discipline
· Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or related fields.
· 5-7 Years of experience in school marketing, admissions management, or educational services
· Willingness to travel frequently for school visits, audits, events, and training sessions.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
