We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy Business Development & Operations Specialist to manage our end-to-end customer journey. This hybrid role combines outbound sales, technical support, digital marketing, and operations. You will be the face and voice of our company, driving revenue while ensuring our users succeed with our product.Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries, make outbound cold/warm calls, follow up persistently, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Technical Support & Training: Master the technical details of our product, deliver user training, and resolve incoming technical support calls.
- Digital Marketing & SEO: Execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize website content for SEO, and grow our online presence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory data, and coordinate product availability to fulfill orders smoothly.
Requirements
- Prior experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex products.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal communication, objection handling, and problem-solving skills.
- High organizational skills to balance sales, support, and inventory tracking.
