About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations oversight. The role will be approximately 70% Recruitment and 30% HR Operations, with responsibility for driving hiring outcomes while ensuring payroll, payments, compliance, and critical HR processes are accurately reviewed and completed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition – 70%
- Own and oversee end-to-end recruitment for business-critical positions.
- Develop hiring strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Review candidate quality, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Track recruitment TAT, pipeline, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring quality.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular hiring updates to senior management.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
2. HR Operations & Payroll – 30%
- Oversee HR operations and ensure timely and accurate completion of critical activities.
- Review and verify payroll, attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and employee changes before processing.
- Monitor employee, consultant, and vendor payments and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
- Check PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other compliance requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular checks to identify errors, pending activities, and process gaps.
- Coordinate with Finance and the HR team for timely closure of payroll, payments, compliance, and operational activities.
- Ensure HRMS data, documentation, and processes are accurate and up to date.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing or mentoring an HR/recruitment team.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms such as Keka, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools preferred.

The ideal candidate will be recruitment-focused, strategic, commercially aware, and data-driven, with the ability to work closely with senior management while overseeing critical HR operations and controls.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
