Job Title: Resident Medical Officer

Night duty
Key Responsibilities:
As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Provide round-the-clock medical care and first-line treatment to patients.
* Monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies promptly.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.
* Assist senior doctors and specialists in treatment procedures when required.
* Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, patient safety, and hygiene standards.
*Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medication regimens, discharge instructions, and ongoing health maintenance strategies, promoting health literacy and self-care.
* Coordinate with nursing and support staff for effective patient care.
* Participate in medical audits, case reviews, and clinical meetings.
* Discharge files should be ready within 2 hours of discharge. It should be checked by the doctors on the day of discharge.
* Ensure All the Medications are given properly to the Patients.
