ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the leadership team with timely financial insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a CA fresher or early-career professional to gain meaningful exposure to strategic finance within a fast-paced PropTech environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, P&L accounts, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements, including timely filing and reconciliation.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits, tax filings, assessments, and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP) and internal company policies.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — cleared all ICAI examinations.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or taxation (industry or Big-4 / mid-size CA firm).
- Strong conceptual understanding of accounting principles, direct and indirect taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modelling) and working knowledge of accounting / ERP software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
