- HiQ Weddings is a premium wedding photography and cinematography company with over 1,000+ weddings captured. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us connect with couples, wedding planners and venue partners while converting qualified enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify wedding enquiries.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Schedule client consultations and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and industry partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Experience in the wedding, hospitality, luxury, or events industry is an advantage.
