We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site interior work execution and coordinate daily site activities. The candidate should supervise labor teams, monitor project progress, ensure quality work, and maintain smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site work and execution activities
- Monitor modular kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture work
- Coordinate with labor teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines
- Conduct site measurements and maintain execution quality
- Report daily progress updates to management
- Handle material checking and site coordination
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain discipline at site
- Coordinate with clients during project execution
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at project sites
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior execution and site handling
- Ability to manage labor and contractors
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving and team management ability
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate preferred
- Experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in residential interior projects preferred
- Bike & driving license preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
