Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and sequence.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
Operations
- Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service.
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests efficiently.
- Handle billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow restaurant SOPs for service sequence and hygiene.
Standards & Compliance
- Adhere to grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Report any service issues, guest complaints, or equipment faults to supervisors.
Teamwork & Support
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
- Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and upselling initiatives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
