Job Summary:
Bridgeon Skillversity is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions by effectively handling inquiries, counseling prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Maintain strong communication with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain and update lead data regularly
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of students
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / academic counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in education or training industry is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
