We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day administration and employee coordination.
Job Summary
The HR & Admin professional will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, and overall office administration.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, good knowledge of HR processes, a systematic approach to documentation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative and digital environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Maintain a recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely hiring as per company manpower requirements.
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
- Manage complete employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Collect and maintain employee KYC and joining documentation.
- Issue appointment letters, offer letters, HR policies, and other required documents.
- Conduct employee orientation and explain company policies and processes.
- Manage employee resignation, notice period, full & final settlement coordination, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit records.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain daily employee attendance and punctuality records.
- Manage leave applications and leave balances.
- Prepare monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for timely salary processing.
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism, overtime, and attendance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees are aware of company rules, policies, code of conduct, and workplace guidelines.
- Support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
5. Employee Performance & Engagement
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Work with department heads to monitor employee performance.
- Support performance improvement plans where required.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and productive work culture.
6. Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational requirements.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other administrative needs.
- Manage office vendors and service providers.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and general office requirements.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and functional.
7. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR and administrative reports for management.
- Maintain employee master data and HR databases.
- Track recruitment status, employee turnover, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain proper documentation of all HR activities and processes.
- Provide management with timely HR insights and reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
- Quality and retention rate of new hires.
- Accurate and timely attendance and payroll inputs.
- Effective employee onboarding and documentation completion.
- Reduction in employee absenteeism and avoidable attrition.
- Timely resolution of employee concerns and grievances.
- Successful implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Accurate maintenance of employee records and HR MIS.
- Employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
- Efficient management of office administration and operational requirements.
- Compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
- Overall improvement in HR and administrative process efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
- Candidates with experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, IT companies, startups, or similar fast-paced environments will be preferred.
