We are looking for a friendly and talkative person to connect with our existing customers. Your job is simple - talk to customers, understand their experience, and note their feedback. No sales target.
What You Will Do:
1. Call / WhatsApp existing customers and ask about their experience
2. Do quick feedback calls & surveys in a friendly way
3. Note down customer feedback properly in Excel / CRM
4. Share any major complaints or issues with the team
5. Find happy customers who can give us reviews / testimonials
What We Need:
- Good communication in Hindi & English
- Comfortable talking on phone / WhatsApp / Email
- Basic Excel / computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and patience to listen to customers
- HSC / Graduate - Any stream
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
