Job Summary
Apollo Clinic Sonarpur is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead the clinic's marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, increasing brand visibility, driving patient engagement, and promoting the clinic's healthcare services through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand awareness.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, and other online platforms.
Manage the clinic's social media presence and content calendar.
Coordinate healthcare awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional events.
Build relationships with corporate organizations, schools, residential communities, and local businesses for health partnerships.
Monitor and optimize marketing performance using analytics and campaign reports.
Work closely with doctors and management to promote healthcare services and specialty clinics.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for branding and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or the medical industry will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
