Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting spare parts deliveries.
- Maintaining inventory records and stock levels.
- Issuing spare parts to technicians and service advisors.
- Identifying and locating parts using the parts catalog system.
- Preparing quotations and invoices for spare parts.
- Coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of parts.
- Conducting periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Assisting customers with spare parts inquiries and requirements.
Any degree qualification is mandatory.
