Job Summary:
Torrent Bajaj is hiring an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive for its 2-Wheeler showroom at Main Road, Ranchi. The role involves handling walk-in customers, generating leads, explaining Bajaj two-wheelers, and closing sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Promote and sell Bajaj 2-wheelers with clear product explanation
- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow sales processes
- Arrange and conduct test rides
- Follow up with prospective customers and close deals
- Coordinate with finance & insurance teams for loan and documentation
- Maintain customer records and ensure post-sales follow-up
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in 2-wheeler or automobile sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work on targets
