Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Hospital Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, patient satisfaction, staff management, revenue optimization, and implementation of efficient systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Billing, Reception, Housekeeping, Security, and Facility Management.
- Ensure seamless patient flow and deliver an excellent patient experience.
- Lead and supervise administrative and operational teams to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Implement and monitor hospital SOPs, quality standards, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, clinical departments, and support services for efficient operations.
- Monitor hospital revenue, occupancy, utilization, and operational performance.
- Resolve patient complaints and operational escalations promptly.
- Oversee staffing, duty rosters, vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and hospital policies.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, dashboards, and present performance updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Qualification
- Graduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MHA, BHA, MBA (Hospital/Healthcare) preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent operational and process management abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital administration, patient care workflows, and quality standards.
- Financial and analytical skills with MIS reporting experience.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
