- Key Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Account Growth Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within accounts.
- Strategic Planning Develop account-specific strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
- Contract Negotiation Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Performance Monitoring Track account performance, prepare reports, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to safeguard client relationships.
- Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, BE, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years in account management in Key accounts in PMLS domain
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
