- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
