We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate Business Manager to expand our corporate customer base and drive business growth. The Corporate Business Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and leading corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a passion for technology and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable IT and technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance analyses.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales/business development, preferably in the IT or technology retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, networking products, enterprise solutions, and other IT products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
