Key Responsibilities:
- Create schematics and PCB layouts as per design requirements.
- Perform component placement and routing considering EMI/EMC and signal integrity.
- Prepare fabrication outputs (Gerber, NC Drill, BOM, Pick & Place).
- Work closely with hardware and firmware teams.
- Handle PCB penalization and DFM checks.
- Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and support prototype testing.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PCB layout (2-layer to multilayer boards).
- Knowledge of high-speed routing, impedance control, and differential pairs.
- Experience with power supply design (Buck/Boost/LDO).
- Understanding of EMI/EMC guidelines.
- Familiarity with communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN)
