Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Dharmapuri
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling & client meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Required Skills:
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Good presentation and client-handling abilities
✔ Experience in lead generation and sales conversion
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ Knowledge of IT services/software solutions is an added advantage
✔ Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
