The role
We are looking for a Sales Expert who can own the full sales cycle — from identifying and reaching out to prospects, all the way to closing deals and handing over to the client success team. You will be the first point of contact for new pharmacy businesses in Canada, so how you communicate, how you present Relief Guru, and how you build relationships will directly shape our growth.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. We want someone who is self-motivated, thinks creatively, takes initiative, and brings energy to the work every day.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales process — prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
- Identify and reach out to pharmacy owners, directors, and decision-makers across Canada through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client needs deeply and articulate the value of Relief Guru's platform clearly and compellingly.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools; maintain accurate records and follow-up cadences.
- Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure smooth handover of new clients after signing.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; track your own metrics and report to management proactively.
- Think creatively to identify new sales channels, messaging approaches, or market opportunities.
- Represent Relief Guru professionally in all communications — you will often be speaking to C-level and senior leadership at pharmacy organisations.
What we are looking for
Non-negotiable requirements — please only apply if all of these apply to you.
Fluent English communication — spoken and written. You will be dealing daily with Canadian pharmacy owners and senior leaders. Your English must be professional, clear, and confident — no exceptions.
Proven end-to-end B2B sales experience — you must have handled the full sales cycle independently, not just one part of it.
Self-motivated and independent — you manage your own time, set your own daily plan, and do not need a manager behind you to stay on track.
Onsite availability — this role is based at our office in Sargasan, Gandhinagar. Remote work is not available for this position.
Scheduling flexibility — our clients are in Canada. Some calls and meetings will need to be scheduled in alignment with Canadian time zones (Eastern and Pacific). You must be genuinely flexible with your working hours on those days.
Punctuality and reliability — missed follow-ups and late responses cost us deals. You must be disciplined, organised, and on time — always.
Strongly preferred
SaaS or technology product sales experience — selling a platform or software subscription is a major advantage. Healthcare or staffing SaaS is an exceptional bonus.
Experience selling to or communicating with international clients, particularly in North America.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and structured pipeline management.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. More experience is welcome but what matters most is the quality of what you have done.
Your base salary covers your fixed monthly income. On top of that, you earn commission on every deal you close — the more you sell, the more you earn. There is no cap on what you can make. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
