Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
Identify new customers through field visits, calls, and networking
Promote real estate projects and services
Participate in marketing campaigns and events
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties
Handle inquiries and follow-ups
Market Research
Study competitors and market trends
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
Operations Support
Assist in daily operations
Maintain customer records and reports
Skills Required
