Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and related IT equipment. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing operating systems, and supporting end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install and support Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
- Configure email accounts and basic network connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service records.
- Provide onsite and remote support to users.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
Preferred
- Experience in field support and user-facing roles.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
