Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) in large quantities, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Menu Planning & Development: Design nutritious, cost-efficient, and appealing menus, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions.
- Kitchen Operations & Management: Oversee daily, fast-paced kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including proper food storage and temperature monitoring.
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen helpers or junior staff to ensure efficient service.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback, manage dietary requests, and ensure a positive dining experience.
