Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting: AP, AR, GL, sales, and purchase entries.
Handle sales, distributor/customer accounts, credit/debit notes, and schemes.
Ensure proper accounting of inventory, stock movement, and cost of goods sold.
Perform bank, vendor, distributor, and inventory reconciliations.
Complete month-end and year-end closing within timelines.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reconciliations, and margin analysis.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, E-way bills, and other statutory rules.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required data and explanations.
Monitor receivables, ageing, and credit limits with the sales team.
Maintain records, SOPs, and internal controls.
Support budgeting and cost control.
Guide junior accountants.
Skills & Qualifications
Post-Graduate or Graduate in Accounting/Finance .
Good knowledge of GST, sales returns, discounts, and schemes.
Experience with Tally / ERP / SAP.
Strong Excel skills.
Good coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
