Essential Qualification: - A Full Time regular Bachelors’Degree from any recognized
Institute/University. Experience:- 0.6to 2 years of Experience in academic or non-academic or corporate organizations in areas of general office procedures.
Good knowledge of computers (MS Office tools & good Typing speed of atelast 30 WPM.
Job Profile:- Clerical and HR support, either as part of a team or individually. Coordination and implementation of office procedures and responsibility for specific projects and tasks, Purchase of petty items and inventory for maintenance, sports, etc.
Interacting and coordinating with various internal departments, faculty, and students. Managing and distributing information within an Office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos, maintaining files, and being responsible for sending and receiving correspondence. Type reports, maintain office records and invoicing, Responsible for scheduling meetings.
Handling Guest House, Dispatch / Tenders / Electricity / Telephone / Postage / Insurance, etc.,
Assisting in correspondence and work related to UGC / NAAC, ERP, Event Management, Vendor Management, dealing with various work of Administration & HR, Organizing Seminars/Workshops, Leave Management, Attendance, Projects etc, Any other work as per requirement / Any other duties assigned by the In-charge
