Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain our Ayurvedic weight loss products and their benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers to generate sales.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
