About AMRTM :
AMRTM is a social enterprise under the Dholakia Foundation, committed to redefining bottled water by offering it in glass packaging, sourced from restored water through Mission River. Every bottle not only quenches thirst but also carries a story of sustainability, community, and impact.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who is passionate about purpose-led brands and can help us bring AMRTM to like-minded individuals, conscious corporates, hospitality groups, and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities, stated below but not limited to:-
●Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients including hotels, cafes, restaurants, corporates, and event venues.
● Achieve monthly sales targets through cold calling, field visits, networking, and relationship building.
● Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and client meetings to drive business growth.
● Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
● Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure timely conversions and collections.
● Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business development and improve customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
● 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
● Working knowledge of CRM tools.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and English).
● Strong interpersonal skills and passion for sustainability and social impact.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally for fieldwork.

Remuneration: ● 25000 - 27000 + Incentives (Based on sales target achieved)
