Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR compliance.
- Support payroll and employee documentation processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and employees.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
