Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate execution activities.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making.
Cost, Quality & Risk Management
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project quality standards and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Manage change requests and variations.
Monitoring, Reporting & Control
- Track project progress against baseline schedules and KPIs.
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations.
- Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
- Enforce company policies and project procedures.
- Promote a safe and productive work environment.
Project Closure
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.
- Manage final inspections, approvals, and documentation.
- Conduct project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- 5–15 years of project management experience (depending on project complexity).
- Proven experience managing large or multiple projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
