- Assist in managing daily production of breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
- Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Supervise and guide bakery staff during shifts.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ingredient usage.
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and recipe standardization.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- Experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
