Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition Generate new leads and acquire customers within the assigned territory. Promote and sell FASTag, Fuel Card, GPS, Insurance, and Finance products. Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, fleet operators, vehicle owners, and business establishments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Onboarding & Activation Assist customers with product registration, documentation, and KYC processes. Ensure timely activation of customer accounts and services. Provide product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers. Support customers throughout the onboarding process. Growth Partner Support Work closely with Growth Partners to generate business opportunities. Assist Growth Partners in customer acquisition and product activation. Maintain strong relationships with Growth Partners and customers. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Eligibility Criteria PUC / 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Business Development. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
