Position: Civil Site Engineer – Interior Finishing
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)
Experience: 7+ Years
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 Hours)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong expertise in interior finishing execution. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of interior projects.
Preference will be given to candidates from outside Delhi who are currently residing in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete interior finishing works at project sites.
- Execute and monitor:
- Floor & Wall Tiling
- False Ceiling (Gypsum/Grid Ceiling)
- Wooden Works & Modular Furniture
- Door & Window Installation
- AC Ducting & HVAC Coordination
- MEP Works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Painting, Finishing & Snag Rectification
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure material planning, consumption, and inventory control.
- Monitor manpower productivity and site safety.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure zero rework.
- Resolve site execution issues efficiently and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with billing and procurement teams whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction and interior drawings.
- Sound knowledge of MEP coordination.
- Excellent understanding of quality control and finishing standards.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in interior finishing projects.
- Hands-on experience in residential, commercial, corporate office, or hospitality interior projects.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- Candidates from outside Delhi currently residing in Delhi will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
