From admissions and attendance to fee management, timetabling, staff coordination, parent communication, and academic reporting — School Chimes brings everything under one roof, empowering schools to run more efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and reach out to prospective schools through field visits, calls, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate the School Chimes software to school principals, management committees, and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and explain how School Chimes meets their specific needs
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with the technical and onboarding team to ensure a smooth client experience after conversion
- Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Gather feedback from prospects and clients and share insights with the product and marketing teams
- Attend school events, education expos, and community engagements to build brand visibility
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with school staff and management for long-term retention
- Stay updated on competitor products and market developments in the school management software spaceEducational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech or equivalent)
- Diploma holders with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Experience
- 0 – 2 years of sales experience (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or field sales is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
