Role Overview
We are seeking System Analysts to support Provider Data Management initiatives for Healthcare, with a strong focus on UAT testing support. This role acts as the functional bridge between business, development, and QA teams, ensuring provider workflows are correctly implemented and validated during UAT.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand Provider Data Management requirements

Translate business needs into functional and system specifications

Support UAT planning, execution, and validation activities

Act as the primary functional point of contact during UAT cycles

Clarify requirements and expected outcomes for QA and UAT testers

Assist in UAT defect analysis, triage, and resolution coordination

Validate that delivered solutions meet provider workflow, data, and business rules

Support sign‑off readiness and transition to production

Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented as designed
Required Skills & Experience

6–9 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business System Analyst

Strong experience in Provider Data Management or data‑centric applications

Hands‑on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Strong ability to analyze requirements, workflows, and data flows

Experience working with QA teams during test cycles

Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills

Experience working in Agile delivery models
