Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and current customers, handle inquiries, and convert leads into sales through effective communication. ■ Key Responsibilities ● Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads and handle incoming inquiries to convert prospects into customers. ● Lead Generation: Gather information from the target market and identify new business opportunities. ● Product Knowledge: Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. ● Follow-ups: Maintain a database of customers and perform follow-up calls to close sales or provide information. ● Record Keeping: Document customer feedback, questions, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system. ■ Requirements ● Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages, e.g., Hindi, English, Bengali]. ● Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar customer service role. ● Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient. ● Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office/CRM software). ● Minimum qualification of 12th pass or Graduation.
