Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory Keeper to manage restaurant stock, maintain inventory records, and ensure smooth material flow for kitchen and service operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of stock handling, receiving materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock records of food items, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials from vendors and suppliers.
- Check quantity, quality, and expiry dates of products during receiving.
- Update inventory data in Excel/software/system regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) standards for inventory handling.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchase departments for stock requirements.
- Conduct physical stock audits on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of store areas.
- Prepare inventory and consumption reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience as Store Keeper / Inventory Executive in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
