About the Role
Gravton Motors is looking for energetic and hardworking Helpers to support day-to-day production activities. Freshers who are willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and operators in production and assembly activities.
- Move materials and components within the production area.
- Help in loading and unloading materials.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Arrange tools, parts, and materials as instructed.
- Support packing and dispatch activities when required.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors.
- Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
- Perform any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
