Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Delhi. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing the front desk operations, answering phone calls with professionalism, assisting with general inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires handling administrative duties, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence effectively to ensure smooth daily operations at the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with clients and visitors
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
- Professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a front desk role or administrative position is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
