- Identify and appoint new PCD franchise partners in assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and franchise clients.
- Promote company product portfolio to potential PCD partners.
- Handle price negotiations and finalize business agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order processing.
- Monitor payment collections and outstanding dues.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
- Maintain updated records of clients, sales reports, and market feedback.
