About the Role
Loaf by BetterGreens is looking for a friendly, energetic barista who loves coffee and enjoys creating great experiences for customers.
Our store brings together artisan baking, premium ingredients, and thoughtfully brewed coffee, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in every cup they serve.

You’ll be working with good equipment, good ingredients, and a team that cares about consistency, speed, and customer interaction. If you enjoy dialing in coffee, working a busy counter, and being around great food, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Ensure every drink meets quality and presentation standards
- Create a welcoming and friendly experience for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Support the store team during busy service hours
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
Work Schedule
- 6 day work week
- Fixed weekly off
