Follow standardized recipes to grill, bake, fry, or boil ingredients and assemble attractive dishes.
Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize utensils, and store food at proper temperatures to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Monitor stock levels and assist with rotating inventory and reordering supplies.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management to ensure meals are served promptly.
Finally Should be able to cook all South Indian menu in Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian, All types breakfast, Curries, Dal, sambar, biryani, Rasam, Raita etc.,
