Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) based on project requirements.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Support the design of machine components, assemblies, jigs, fixtures, conveyors, and automation systems.
- Modify existing drawings and design models based on engineering changes.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and maintain design documentation.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and manufacturing feasibility.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
- Learn and apply GD&T, engineering standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and mechanical design fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of machine elements, manufacturing processes, and fabrication.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environmen
