Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Install and commission new machines and equipment.
- Visit customer sites for service and repairs.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the service team to resolve customer issues promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
- 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or field service (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer service visits.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
