We are looking for an experienced production supervisor with hands on experience in automotive industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor production, manpower, productivity, quality and timely achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production plan.
- Supervise entire operations.
- Allocate manpower and workstations according to production requirements.
- Monitor production target, Actual output and productivity.
- Ensure proper line balancing and optimum utilization of manpower.
- Monitor and control production, rejection, rework and material.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to industry standards.
- Identify production bottleneck and take corective actions.
- Coordinate with store and other departments.
- Maintain production records and shift wise production data.
- Train and guide operators.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Automotive industry.
- Manpower handling and shop floor supervision skills.
- Production Planning documentation
- Knowledge of quality control and defect identification.
- Good Communication and team management skills.
Education:
Diploma/Degree in mechanical, automobile, production engineering or related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
