We have an opening for an experienced, effective and dynamic HR project and change manager to join our project teams delivering large, complex and multi-year transformational change projects. These can range from new HR Technology/System implementations (HRIS, talent management platforms, workforce planning tools) through to organizational change projects impacting people, structure, and HR service delivery. We are looking for someone who has the experience and skills to operate across all 4 of the program disciplines: Change Management, Communications, Training and Project Management, with deep understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle. It is critical that they have the flexibility to work and deliver between these disciplines while maintaining focus on people-centric outcomes in order to be successful in the role. Financial acumen is also beneficial for building business cases required for our projects, particularly around workforce planning and HR service cost optimization. Having a background in HR would be beneficial.
Core Experience: Significant experience delivering complex HR project initiatives globally, including experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and regulatory environments.
Not only delivers strategic change and project management approaches, but also is pragmatic in their approach and delivers operationally for the project too, understanding the practical realities of HR service delivery.
Has experience in leading projects for new HR system implementations (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow HR), organizational design changes, workforce transformations, and participating in projects across all HR CoE disciplines including talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, employee relations, and HR operations.
Strong understanding of HR data, analytics, and reporting requirements to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience managing projects that impact the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
Responsibilities:Project Management:
Project intake, scoping and business case creation
Project Timeline, project plan creation and tracking
Development of Project Governance
Managing end to end project
Project meeting management and action tracking
Project documentation, maintenance and reporting
Risk/Issue/ Decision identification and mitigation
Connecting dots and interdependencies on the project
Supporting UAT
Change Management:
Develop overall change management plan and approach.
Lead & execute on all change management efforts for the project & support transition to BAU at the conclusion of project.
Develop impact analysis for project changes in process, system, roles, behaviors, skills: Utilize content to inform detailed communication and engagement plans.
Define and assess key stakeholders, and create and execute stakeholder plan to actively engage key supporters and resisters.
Support planning and execution of adoption and sustainability plan to include measures of success.
Consolidate change risks across all workstreams and escalate to Program Sponsor and/or Program Manager as appropriate.
Consult and coach project teams in change management, sharing best practices and methodology used.
Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance. Putting a plan in place to mitigate this.
Document and communicate overall program change management status and risks on agreed upon cadence.
Coaching project teams on change management and supporting on guidance for ad hoc projects as needed.
